Bringing Your Event Dreams to Life
At Event Resource Group, event production is the complete picture. Based in Tampa and operating throughout Florida, we provide end-to-end production services for events across the state, handling audio systems, LED video walls, lighting design, staging, rigging, and on-site technical crew under one roof.
Working with a single production partner across all technical disciplines simplifies the planning process significantly. There is one point of contact for audio, video, lighting, and staging. System designs are integrated from the start rather than patched together from multiple vendors. And when something needs to be adjusted on event day, one crew resolves it without interdepartmental delays or finger-pointing between suppliers.
Florida’s event market is broad, active, and spread across multiple major metros. From the convention corridor along International Drive in Orlando to the waterfront corporate and hospitality market in South Florida, the Gulf Coast’s steady mix of conferences, festivals, and community events, and the growing corporate and civic event activity across Northeast Florida and the Panhandle, the demand for reliable full-service production is consistent and varied. We have built our operation to serve all of it.
Why Florida Event Planners Rely On Our Production Services
Full-service event production across Florida’s diverse venue landscape requires operational depth that goes well beyond showing up with equipment.
Major convention facilities like the Orange County Convention Center operate with specific union labor requirements, load-in scheduling protocols, and multi-hall power distribution considerations that have to be factored into the production plan weeks before the event. Outdoor productions at fairgrounds, waterfront parks, and festival sites across the state require generator power planning, temporary structure permitting through individual Florida municipalities, and weather contingency protocols that account for the state’s afternoon storm pattern across every season.
Resort and hotel properties in South Florida and along the Gulf Coast carry their own vendor access windows, in-house coordination requirements, and aesthetic standards that shape how production systems are installed and operated. Multi-vendor events involving staging companies, florists, caterers, and AV suppliers running simultaneously require a production manager who can coordinate across all of them without losing control of the technical timeline.
Event Resource Group has been providing professional event production services throughout Florida for more than two decades. Our work spans corporate conferences, music festivals, political events, product launches, award galas, graduation ceremonies, trade shows, community celebrations, and large-scale public productions across Hillsborough, Orange, Miami-Dade, Duval, and Broward counties, as well as venues and event sites throughout the Gulf Coast, the Panhandle, and the Space Coast.
Florida is one of the most active event markets in the country. The combination of a year-round event calendar, a diverse economy spanning tourism, technology, healthcare, finance, and real estate, and the concentration of world-class venues across multiple major metros creates a consistent and demanding environment for professional event production. Operating in that environment for over twenty years has built our team’s ability to handle complexity, absorb pressure, and deliver clean results regardless of what the event or the venue throws at us.
Our reputation across the Florida market has been built on one thing consistently: the events run the way they are supposed to. Audio holds. Video stays on. Lighting cues fire correctly. The stage is solid. And when something unexpected happens, which it does on live events, our crew resolves it quietly without it becoming the story of the night. That operational reliability is what clients across the state have come to expect from Event Resource Group, and it is the standard we hold ourselves to on every production.

We cover corporate conferences, award galas, festivals, product launches, political events, graduation ceremonies, weddings, trade shows, nonprofit fundraisers, community celebrations, and large-scale public productions. The format and scale vary significantly, and we staff and plan each production accordingly.
Yes, we can. Audio, video, lighting, staging, and rigging are all available through Event Resource Group as a fully integrated production package. Working with one production partner across all technical areas simplifies coordination, reduces the risk of inter-vendor conflicts, and gives you one point of contact for the entire technical production.
Definitely. For multi-day productions, large-format events, or events running across multiple spaces simultaneously, a dedicated production manager coordinates all technical elements, communicates with venue operations and other vendors, and keeps the production timeline on track throughout the event. It is the right structure for any event where complexity or scale makes direct crew management impractical for the client.
Both options are available across all of our production categories. Most clients use our full crew package for setup, live operation, and teardown. Equipment-only rental is available for clients with qualified technical staff already in place. For productions with live program elements, complex cuing, or multi-area coordination, having our operators running the systems is the option that removes the most operational risk.
Absolutely. Remote site production requires generator power planning, temporary structure permitting, ground support rigging, and weather contingency protocols. We handle all of that as part of the pre-production process and arrive on site with a plan that accounts for the specific conditions, not a generic outdoor setup.
Don’t settle for ordinary – let’s create something extraordinary together.
