Yes, we can. Main stage and general session production is our primary focus, but we also supply distributed audio, display screens, and localized sound systems for exhibitors who need support within their booth footprint. Everything is coordinated to minimize noise conflicts across the floor.
Both options are available. For most expo productions, clients use our full crew package covering setup, live show operation, and teardown. This is especially important for multi-day shows where technical issues need to be resolved quickly between sessions. Equipment-only rental is available for shows with qualified technical staff already on-site.
Power mapping is part of our pre-production process. We confirm available power with the venue, document draw requirements for each AV position, and coordinate with the event’s electrical contractor to ensure circuits are correctly allocated before load-in begins. Surprises on the show floor usually trace back to power planning that was not done properly in advance.
Definitely. Multi-room and multi-hall productions require dedicated crew assignments for each space and a show manager coordinating across the full floor. We staff and plan for that complexity as a standard part of how we approach large expo formats.
