Yes, we can. Transitions between outdoor ceremony setups and indoor reception systems are something we plan and coordinate as part of the production schedule. The transition window is confirmed with the coordinator in advance so the changeover happens cleanly within the timeline.
Definitely. Many Florida venues, particularly resort and waterfront properties, operate under strict noise ordinances or have hard curfew times for amplified sound. We confirm those restrictions with the venue before the event and design the system and volume management approach around them.
Both options are available. For weddings with live ceremony audio, a full reception program, and lighting transitions through the evening, having our crew present throughout is the right call and what most couples choose. Equipment-only rental is available for couples with their own technical support in place.
For peak season dates, particularly spring and fall in Florida when the venue calendar fills up quickly, booking four to six months out is advisable.
