System design and crew size are scaled to the specific event, so you are not paying for capacity you do not need or running short on a show day.
Definitely. Multi-stage productions require dedicated technical teams at each stage, centralized wireless frequency coordination, and disciplined changeover management to keep the schedule running. We staff and plan for that level of complexity as a standard part of how we approach larger festival formats.
Both options are available. Most festival clients use our full crew package, which covers load-in, show operation across all technical areas, and complete teardown. Equipment-only rental is available for festivals with established in-house or touring technical teams. For multi-day productions, having our crew present throughout the run is almost always the right call.
Weather planning is built into every outdoor production we run. Covered mix positions, secured and protected cable runs, and a clear weather protocol with the event team are standard. If conditions deteriorate during a show, we have a defined response plan that prioritizes crew and audience safety while minimizing disruption to the program.
We can provide technical documentation to support the permitting process, including system specifications, projected sound pressure levels, and speaker placement diagrams.
